With over 30 years’ experience in teaching, training, coaching and mentoring, Beth is able to help people make positive change to achieve what they want in life.
Working in organisations as diverse and renowned as Enron, Oxford University, and The Labour Party, Beth has brought her HR and training expertise to create process efficiencies, develop and motivate teams, and nurture successful business change.
A firm believer that what you believe is what you achieve, Beth is busy helping people feel more empowered and resilient in a wide range of contexts, for example:
- working with military personnel and their families to help them overcome PTSD and feel strong again both in returning to service, and beyond.
- helping neurodivergent people (like Beth herself!) to drop the mask and live life on their own terms, feeling confident in who they are, and able to succeed without having to conform and limit themselves.
- mid-life women who have jumped through all the hoops of life, putting everyone else first, only to find they reach the end of the race and are rewarded with peri-menopause. I help these women re-discover their identity and confidence, so they can plan a wonderful new chapter in life.
- helping business owners, VPs and CEOs in the UK and US develop the confidence and resilience to grow or progress through their organisations with authenticity and consistency, without playing small or burning out.
Whatever area of life is problematic for you right now, your business, your health, your relationship - as they say in sport - the whole game is in your head. Working with Beth will help you not only find practical solutions to take you forward but will identify and overcome any mental blocks that stop you from making progress – so that not only will you know what to do and how to do it, you’ll have the confidence and self-belief to actually get it done.
